Reservations are valid only with a hotel deposit to be paid by bank transfer and with our confirmation by mail, fax or email.
I case of cancellation of your reservation you will lost your deposit.
In case of a cancellation of up to 3 month before the holiday beginning until 1 month before, you have to pay 40% of the entire arrangment price. In case of cancellation from 1 month until 1 week before arrival, 70% of the entire arrangement price will be charged, for cancellation under 1 week before arrival 90% of the entire arrangement price will be charged.
In case of belated arrival or earlier departure, we calculate the entire reserved time of stay.
To protect yourself from possible penalties for the cancellation of a booking due to illness or other serious reasons, we recommend you the Hgv European Insurance. (Europäische Reiseversicherung)
