The prices (in Euro) for the apartments are per day, bedlinen and towels included, to pay separately the end-cleaning about 130,00 Euro.

In the apartments there are no discounts for children.
Local tax (not included in the price)
The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events.
The local tax (Euro 2,00.-) will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Reservations are valid only with a hotel deposit to be paid by bank transfer and with our confirmation by mail, fax or email.
I case of cancellation of your reservation you will lost your deposit.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- In case of a cancellation until 30 days before arrival the deposit will be withheld
- In case of a cancellation under 30 days before arrival 90% of the entire arrangement price will be charged.
In case of belated arrival or earlier departure, we calculate the entire reserved time of stay.
