Booking conditions of Villa Erna B&B Apartments ***S
Rooms and Suite:
The prices are in Euros and are per person and day bed and breakfast for a minimum stay of 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.
Discounts for children in the room of parents: up to 2 years free, from 2 to 6 years 50%, from 6 to 12 years 30% discount.
Apartments:
The prices (in Euro) for the apartments are per day, bedlinen and towels included.
To pay separately the end-cleaning about 130,00 Euro.
Parking in the garage: 10,00 Euro per day.
Breakfast only with reservation: 15,00 Euro per person per day.
In the apartments there are no discounts for children.
Included in the price:
free WiFi Internet access
Wellness: use of the wellness area (turkish bath, finnish sauna, PhysioTherm Infrared Sauna and kneipp-circuit) from Monday to Friday, from 17:00 to 19:30 (5pm to 7.30pm)
Outdoor whirlpool (only with swimwear) open daily even in summer.
To pay separately: bathrobe for the sauna
Local tax (not included in the price)
The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events.
The local tax Euro 2,80.- (Euro 3,60.- from 1.1.2026) will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Reservations are valid only with a hotel deposit to be paid by bank transfer and with our confirmation by mail, fax or email.
I case of cancellation of your reservation you will lost your deposit.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
In case of a cancellation until 30 days before arrival the deposit will be withheld
In case of a cancellation under 30 days before arrival 90% of the entire arrangement price will be charged.
In case of belated arrival or earlier departure, we calculate the entire reserved time of stay.

Dear guests,
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
